The SWF here was taken from video/colorconversion/vp6,
then two bytes in the video frame header were changed
manually in a hex editor to bogus (too small) values.
These fields encode the "displayed size" of the video
frame (in 16x16 macroblocks), after its "encoded size".

The VP6 spec even defines a few scaling modes, so the
encoded data could be different in size than the final
output frame. Looks like Flash Player doesn't support
this, and just ignores these fields in the header.
