transcode-debuginfo - Debug information for package transcode

Description:

This package provides debug information for package transcode.
Debug information is useful when developing applications that use this
package or when debugging this package.

Packages

- Add all archlinux/gentoo patches make it compatible with lastest ffmpeg.
- Build with ffmpeg-devel and not ffmpeg-compat.
- Remove PVM3 because was retired in F23.
- Add license tag.
- Some cleanups.
- Add 2 pacthes from Debian.
- Add transcode-debian-697558.patch (rfbz #1337)
